Order information

We offer a quick and reliable service. After you have made a choice and have put one or more products in the shopping basket, please check if your order is correct. Then you can click the “proceed to check-out” button to continue and pay your order. The total sum includes tax, no extra costs will be added, except shipping costs.

Quantity discount

On orders over € 500,- you will receive a 10% discount.
On orders over € 1500,- you will receive a 15% discount.

Shipping costs

You can choose between two options:
- regular mail (€ 2,50)
- registered mail within Europe € 9,50 ( guaranteed delivery)
- registered mail outside Europe € 16, - (no guaranteed delivery)

We advice you to choose registered mail. In this case you will have proof that we have actually send the parcel to you. The registration number of the parcel is used to trace a parcel in case it gets lost, which happens rarely.

Delivery

During the ordering process you can type in the delivery address. If you wish this can be another address then the invoice address.
After payment is received, you will receive an email that your your order will be shipped to you.
In Europe it takes a few days by post to deliver. Outside Europe, it may take a bit longer, depending on the postal service in your country.

Guaranteed delivery
We guarantee delivery only on orders within Europe that have been send with registered mail. If a parcel gets lost, Paradise Products B.V. will replace the parcel.

We cannot guarantee delivery outside Europe, even if it is send with registered mail, nor give money charge back. On orders outside of Europe you have to accept full responsibility for your order and accept that Paradise Products B.V. cannot be held responsible for missing items.

Your personal details and privacy policy 

You can make payment as a “guest”, or you can make an account.
If you choose to pay as a guest, fill in the necessary details. These details will not be saved.
If you choose to make an account, personal details will be saved. This will make it easy for future orders, you simply login and all the details appear. You can log into your account to change details yourself if necessary. Your details will not be given to others, and will only be used for your order at Paradise Products B.V..

Payment options

- Online
With Paradise Products B.V. you can pay secure online through iDeal, Paypal DirectEbanking, Giropay or Visa/Mastercard. All these options are safe methods to make payment and will ensure you receive your order quickest. We use militarily standard 128 - bit Secure Socket Layer technology, as provided by Thawte, which means your payment is entirely safe. We do not even see your credit card details ourselves.

You can make payment by banktransfer to Paradise Products B.V. bank account.

Banktransfer is a safe method of making payment, but it takes a bit longer then payment online.

Although we accept cash, we do not recommend this payment method since letters can get lost, or stolen in the post. Please note, we are unable to send out any goods when we have not received the payment due to postal theft, so please do not expect us to.
